About Dr Sklash
Dr. Ron Sklash, a specialist in cardiology, received his bachelor’s degree from the University of
Miami and his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University. His post-
graduate training took place in New York, with his Residency at Mount Sinai, Beth Israel campus
and his fellowship at Winthrop University Hospital of Stony Brook University. He also completed
an additional one year fellowship in preventative cardiology.
In July of 2013, Dr. Sklash joined Memorial Cardiology medical group. His practice focuses on
non-invasive cardiology and imaging, including echocardiogram, nuclear cardiology, vascular
ultrasound, and cardiac CT. He is board certified in all of these sub-specialty fields of cardiology.
He has a strong interest in prevention of cardiovascular disease and cholesterol management,
using clinical history and imaging modalities to help define a patient’s risk of heart disease.
In his free time, Dr. Sklash loves spending time with his family which includes his wife, an
internist in the community, and his two daughters. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys
playing basketball, golf, and tennis in the wonderful Southern California sunshine.
