Memorial Cardiology Medical Group was created in 1974 and has served the greater Long Beach community without interruption since. Its goal was then and continues to be to deliver the highest quality cardiac care in the most caring and compassionate environment possible.

To that end our physicians are all board certified cardiologists with expertise in all aspects of Cardiology. They have special training in stress testing, cardiac imaging, (echocardiograms, nuclear stress tests), cardiac CT scanning, lipid management, interventional cardiology, coronary stents, cardiac electrophysiology, implantable devices (pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac monitors), lead extraction and catheter ablation. 

 

Our office has state of the art equipment for cardiac imaging with echocardiography, vascular ultrasound and nuclear imaging.  Our Pacemaker Clinic, where we follow patients with implanted pacemakers and defibrillators is the longest running such clinic in Long Beach.

We have a dedicated staff of secretaries, medical assistants, nurses, technicians and nurse practitioners who all strive to make the patient visit a positive experience.

Our physicians remain at the forefront of technology and cardiac advancements through their involvement in clinical research. They are all on the teaching staff of University of California at Irvine Medical School and participate in the training of medical students, residents and cardiology fellows.
